The Cowboy Room Extra is another bedroom in conjuction with the Cowboy Room . It can be used as additional sleeping quarters for children, family  members, etc. It has a queen-size bed and shares the bathroom with the Cowboy Room and can only be rented in conjunction with the Cowboy Room for an additional $ 75.00 dollars a night.    



Guests staying on the property enjoy a lagoon style swimming pool w/ waterfall . There are two islands where guests may enjoy breakfast poolside.
All of the rooms have a private poolside entrance w/views of the Rose Acres is on 2  hole chipping course!
Located in the country area of Litchfield Park, just a few miles away from University of Phoenix Arizona Cardinals stadium (pictured in the distance) next to Coyotes Hockey Arena !  Also nearby Westgate shopping & dining next to the arena or visit the home of the white alligator at the Wildlife World Zoo !
